Stanley Ovation is a nerve-frazzled P.I. on a quest to solve a string of mysterious murders. With nothing more than the smell of a few newspaper headlines to guide him, Stanley scours the city's underbelly for clues. Is there a connection with the crazed tap-dancing disease that is sweeping the city? Or is Stanley just losing his mind?
