PORTRAITS: Why do we find them so compelling? They’re an historical document of a time, a place, of fleeting emotions and feelings, of connections and memories. It’s seeing yourself in a surprising yet authentic way. There is no greater, more complex story told than that lived by you. And it’s the reason why the simple closeup of a face is one of the most powerful special effects you will find in cinema. 

I shoot from my home studio in Camp Hill, Brisbane and offer portrait sessions for everyone - singles, doubles, couples, siblings, families, kids, besties, actors, musicians, writers, artists, pets and imaginary friends are all welcome.

If you want a creative portrait - one that brings abstraction, surrealism or fun that plays on an idiosyncratic element of your personality - let’s talk.

HEADSHOTS: To me the line between headshots and portraits is blurry. I’m always aiming to elevate the possibility of the headshot and create something you may even hang on your wall. So if you’re after headshots or promo shots that feel like portraits and not the usual ‘headshots’ let’s talk.

Each session can be up to 2 hours allowing us time to ease in and let the session unfold in a relaxed way. It’s a collaboration and I don’t want you to feel rushed. The best images usually come with time and trust.

RATE: $500.00*

2 hr studio session including a consultation prior.

5 edited images in both colour and black & white.

You’ll be sent a gallery of shots from the session from which you can choose your favourites.

Additional edited images are $60 per photo. That will get you a colour and black & white edit of each additional photo.

Hair and make-up can be arranged for an additional cost.

(*A 50% deposit by bank transfer will be required to secure your booking with the remainder paid on the day by cash or bank transfer.)
